Ah, the amaryllis are blooming. They are everywhere in our yard, and there bloom always reminds me that the fall will soon be here:)


I couldn't get a good picture because Everest was convinced the camera was a phone he needed to talk on. Amazing child.

Persimmons!

I spent a little time in the garden today, weeded the beds and started some more leeks, chard, and peas. So much to do out there, so hard to make the time!
